Educational Requirements: 12th Class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Desired Skills: Skill Test Norms: (a) Stenography Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80 w.p.m. in English and Hindi. (b) For transcription of Dictation 65 minutes in English and 75 minutes in Hindi (On Manual Typewriter) OR 50 Minutes in English and 65 minutes in Hindi will be allowed on Computer.
